  • We service the entire Fox River Valley including Menasha, Neenah, Appleton, Greenville, Grand Chute, Kimberly, Little Chute, Kaukauna, Combined Locks.

  • Resilience PT & Performance is an out of network provider and does not accept 3rd party insurance payment. As a result, our care is not dictated by someone without a medical background and there are no visit count limits. Performance based physical therapy is generally not covered by insurances as well. HSA/FSA is accepted and a detailed receipt can always be provided after each session if you would wish to independently submit to your insurance for reimbursement

  • No doctor referral is necessary in order to obtain evaluation and treatment. Licensed physical therapists are allowed to provide care via direct access which speeds up the process of your healing and avoids the unnecessary steps to getting the treatment you need. A referral from an MD is certainly accepted

  • Unsure if physical therapy is a fit for you? Dr. Ryan would love to arrange a phone call or a free 30 min Discovery Session to better understand what kind of care you are seeking and see if Resilience PT & Performance is a good fit for you. You will always get an honest answer on if this is the right place for you

  • Yes! Anyone is welcome, even if you do not have a gym membership to Lake Park Swim and Fitness

  • To schedule an initial evaluation, call Resilience PT & Performance at 920-372-2606. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email containing information to log onto our online portal where you will have access to complete all necessary paperwork prior to the initial session. Our first appointment is always a thorough evaluation where I will spend time listening about your pain and goals, followed by an objective screen of the specific area of interest and body parts associated. From here, we will mutually create a plan of care and establish an expected timeline of progression. The goal is to never have you leaving feeling like you are in more pain

  • Resilience PT & Performance, I am comfortable treating any orthopedic injury. Specific areas include: neck pain and headaches, shoulder pain, low back pain, hip pain, knee pain, and foot/ankle pain. Injuries can range from acute sports injuries to persistent pain that has been lingering for years

  • Yes! Dry Needling is factored into the cost of your session

  • Yes — Resilience PT & Performance offers one-on-one assisted stretching and mobility sessions in Menasha, serving the Fox Valley including Appleton, Neenah, and Oshkosh. Our Mobility & Wellness service is performed by a certified Athletic Trainer and is designed for anyone who wants to improve flexibility, reduce chronic tightness, and move and feel better — no injury or referral required.

    Unlike a franchise stretch studio, our sessions are rooted in clinical expertise. We combine assisted stretching with soft tissue work, mobility drills, cupping, and movement coaching — so you're getting more than a stretch. Whether you're an athlete looking to recover faster, a golfer trying to stay loose, a pickleball player dealing with tightness, or just someone who sits at a desk all day, this service was built for you. Sessions are available at our Lake Park Road clinic in Menasha

  • Stretch studios like StretchLab and StretchZone offer assisted stretching, and so do we — but our Mobility & Wellness service goes further. Sessions at Resilience are performed by a certified Athletic Trainer with clinical training in soft tissue therapy, movement assessment, cupping, and taping. That means if something feels off, you're not just getting stretched — you're getting evaluated and treated by someone who understands injury, movement dysfunction, and how the body actually works.

    We're also co-located with a Doctor of Physical Therapy practice, so if your needs go beyond mobility and wellness, a full PT evaluation is right there.
